Late again and I haven’t done a thing I had planned to do after work today 🙂 Mondays are just impossible for me to do anything it seems and I wonder why.
We had a cool morning with both sunshine and fog so I stopped on my way to work so I could get some photos down by the lake.
A car was standing there with its lights on and the driver inside it. He didn’t look at the view, he just sat there and for a while I wondered if he was alive, he was because he moved his head once when I looked at him 🙂

At least you had a photogenic drive this particular Monday morning.
I bet that guy was either looking for Pokémon or debating whether he should continue to work or just go back home. 🙂
Today was sunny, dry and comfortable with a cool breeze. I took the dogs on a couple of longer walks into neighborhoods where we don’t usually go. Didn’t see anything worth mentioning because it’s mostly suburbia out there nowadays. But next time I’ll wear hiking shoes so that I can take the dogs along the old trolley right of way. I figured scrambling up and down an embankment in flip-flops was not going to be a good idea.
I think Spidey has departed for better hunting grounds or been removed. There’s only one tether line left of her web. At least I got a couple of good shots of her.

Yes I sure had and it was even better this morning. I won’t have the chance to take any photos before work soon, the sun rise later and later now.
He didn’t look like someone looking for pokémon but I guess You might be right on that second guess 🙂 I had the same ideas myseklf 🙂
Yesterday was a fantastic day, today the humidity was nasty and the temperature unusually high, not a nice combination. I agree, flip-.flops are not good while walking any longer distances and outside the pavement 🙂
I do hope nothing ate her 🙂 Perhaps she thought the grass was greener somewhere else 🙂

Hi Christer! I think we all feel that way about Mondays! I can honestly say that I haven’t done much since getting home. I cooked supper and took Karma for a walk. Then it started to mist. Most unpleasant! I noticed the rowan trees are very heavy with berries. And they are almost red! Its chilly here today. They are predicting a low of 3. Yikes!
I think I will go scrub the tub and then sit and knit until bed. Its that kind of evening 😀

I can’t figure out why I have such problems doing things after work on Mondays 🙂 It’s not like I have less time to do things.
I heard that they had down to -22C up north during the night!!!! We had more normal temperatures here though. I like mist and fog any time of day so I would have liked it 🙂
I didn’t do much last night, that was my kind of evening 🙂

Those pictures are my favorites. With the fog, the places seem unreal, even fantastic. They could be landscapes in a science fiction movie.
I like cocoa made with hot milk and a dollop of Marshmallow Fluff or small marshmallows on top. My mother always made it that way. It was my morning drink (without the Fluff) before school. I still have some on cold afternoons.
I hated getting up on Mondays. 5:15 came far too early.

I almost like fog more than sunshine so when we get both in the morning I really can’t complain 🙂
Yes warm cocoa was a standard during late autumn till early spring when the days were chilly, that and cheese sandwiches 🙂 No kind of marshmallows though and I had never seen or heard of Fluff untl You mailed me a jar 🙂
I don’t mind the mornings that much since I am a morning person, it is the rest I don’t like 🙂
